We had a great trip to Phoenix, Arizona to visit Ferd’s daughter Kelly and met her boyfriend, Jason.
We went at a good time. The weather was only 94 degrees and we did some mountain climbing! Just starting out here.
We saw a few lizards.
We saw some interesting cacti. Some were in bloom.
Kelly at the top of the mountain!
We saw a few birds like this Black-throated sparrow in it’s nest in the cactus and lots of Great-tailed gackles.
The Carolina Wren is the cutest and most cheerful little bird. Always singing every morning on my deck railings.
